I just read about PPC Defender - a free tool from Joerg Weishaupt. The software can supposedly mislead the spying robots from products like Google Cash Detective, Undercover Profits, AdSpyPro, and X-Ray Domination. I say supposedly because I haven’t tested it and am just going by what I read.

Here’s a snippet from the site:

I developed a little script that I can paste into all my landing pages that basically makes my sites, “Detective Proof”

This script can tell whether or not requests to my site were made by a “detective” tool or just a regular person. If it’s one of these robots is trying to spy on my PPC campaigns I now have several interesting ways to respond:

1. I can return them a “403 Forbidden” HTML code status

2. I can send them to an HTML with no link

3. And if I really want to get nasty… I’ll send them an affiliate link containing my WORST converting affiliate product!

Pretty interesting huh? So if you’re into PPC campaigns, this may very well be something you’d that’ll help protect your work.
